Scale 0-5:

0 - You are pretty much on Hei's death list.
1 - Hei doesn't trust you, and he sure doesn't want to be your friend.
2 You are on neutral ground with him. Don't piss him off, and he won't do the same to you.
3 He may trust you or keep you close, but he'll be keeping a very close eye on you while doing so.
4 - An acquaintance. There is some trust and maybe some friendship there.
5 - A true friend. Even if there are doubts at times, Hei will protect and aid you so long as he is still breathing.

But to be fair to everyone, Hei isn't the best at forming willing relationships, and it will take some time for you to show him that you are not out to kill him. As such, it's only natural that those who have evidence against them to be lower than 3 when starting out. Only those in his canon have a chance to start at a 4 or a 5, and even they are few in number.

Shikamaru Naru - 2 - Not much is known, but he seems like a decent enough guy, along with his pet. Warrants a little suspicion though.

Lucy - 5  - A strange girl, one he actually sees himself in. Rather creepy and weird, but she's one of the closest things he has to a friend here. Lately, after seeing their pasts warped on the television, they comforted each other in their own way. It was quite odd and a little awkward though, but not enough to give any distrust towards her. After recent efforts to uncover more of her past, he found out she was afraid of caring for others, earning his sympathy and a bit of rude advice. Still, it's one step closer to a bond. Even he is now unsure of these new feelings. As of week 131, he has discovered another personality, and uncovered Lucy's feelings for him. After seeing her despair, he has made it his mission for her to remain in control, even at the cost of his own life. Unfortunately, he failed to save her during the Reaver Raid, and took his vengenace out on Nii Jinanya, even though he didn't get the killing blow. They finally admitted their feelings for one another after Lucy ended up drunk. Though the ending wasn't sweet as the moment, the moment itself had finally placed Lucy has his primary person in his life.

Kirika - 4 - A young girl who looks eerily similar to Pai. She too was able to calm the beast inside of Hei that he held up inside, and lessened the damage to an already broken TV. In return, he cannot help but worry a little about her as well, even if his doubts constantly eat at him regarding her. They later played a game of darts, where Hei had learned Kirika couldn't recall her past too well. After nearly killing her, Hei did his best to call aid to revive her after their fight, and it worked. This cause of caring is strange now, but he nevertheless acknowledges her as a kinda friend. TERMINATED. Her termination however left a large hole in his heart.

Eddie - 3 - A heavy metal lover apparently, though Hei did not accept the invitation. But after finding out he can get help in creating weapons, Hei has reserved a set of knives, though now he must gain food for the price, preferably oranges for some odd reason. Also ready to gain a staff that can turn into two swords, but has to pain his room alongside Claire.

Minako Arisato - 3 - A normal girl by most standards, though she has a certain aura around here, one that tells him he cannot just ignore her. Sometimes he occasionally tries to lift her spirits, just so she doesn't end up like most of the people here. Recently found out that she has an appetite that could rival his own. TERMINATED - Her termination has led to another ping of anger boiling up inside of him.

Darc - 2 - A strange being that apparently knows magic and is just as reserved as Hei. No problems to report.

Suki - 2 - Strange girl who thus far has exhibited poor use of darts. Possibly hiding skill, or really just a beginner.

Yin - 5 - A young blind girl who happens to be a Doll that has aided Hei many times during his life. At first he was angry and nearly refused to believe Yin was alive, but thanks to Lucy, has come to terms that Yin is indeed  the real deal. His highest priority now, aside from protecting her, is to make sure Izanami doesn't surface. But to do that, he may need help from the others... TERMINATED - H'es both disappointed and not surprised.

Raven - 4 - Friend of Lucy's. Strange girl with stranger powers, enough to warrant some caution. Traveled with Wonderland with her and Lucy, and he puts his trust in her, which has paid off quite nicely. Though suspicious of her, he knows she has no ill intent. Became closer with her after comforting her during the Reaver Raid on Wednesday, when most of the people had died. Terminated - has brought more pain than realized, but he has managed to hold it in.

Harry B. Dresden - 3 - Strange man that interrogated him in a strange way regarding Lucy. Doesn't really trust him enough to be buddy buddy, but is willing to help since he is a friend of Lucy's and hates to see death. Recently got more along with him when he tried to aid Lucy and talked to him, though Harry has also interrupted special moments with Lucy and Hei. Also helped him retrieve his leg when it went missing.

Accelerator - 1 - Though the two aren't trading fists just yet, Accelerator doesn't give him any good vibes, even if he was worried for Lucy. He'll be watching him very closely now.

Steve Rogers/Captain America 2 - Seems competent and confident, even with the dangers ahead of them. Finds him a bit strange.

Dick Grayson - 2 - A friend of Raven's he briefly chatted with. Definitely seems competent to his credit.

Komui - 3 - Somewhat competent at least, and a decent commander. Hei has made a note on not letting him inside of his kitchen however. And he has now made a note to never mess with any of Komui's family members.

Hit Girl - 2 - Scolded for drinking alcoholic beverages, but also aided when she was resurrected. Her questions annoy him, as he doesn't want to be compared with heroes from comics and manga, mainly because he doesn't see himself as one yet.

Garrus - 3 - The two somewhat get along well, and slowly learn about each other. Hei failed to save him, but made sure to use his guns in order make it out alive during the Wednesday Reaver raid. Terminated - The loss of a good mind and sniper really sucks, alien or not.

Dr. Nii Jinanya - 0 - The man responsible for so many deaths, and a formidable foe to boot. Allowing the kill to someone else, and was satisfied to see him gone for the moment. Currently, he plans to keep more of an eye on him from now on, and perhaps find a way to get him terminated for good.

Nana - 2 - Apparently an enemy of Lucy, and Hei is simply remaining cautious for her sake. Unfortunately, when trying to convince Nana, she doesn't exactly believe him, despite an offer for protection. Also, doing this has put some friction between himself and Lucy. And continuing to do this is only making things harder...

Rider (Medusa) - 2 - Strange woman he saw when she lost her ability to hear. After quickly trading information, they set out to find their own parts for one another. She seems helpful at the very least, though they converse for brief amount of times.

Caster Extra - 2 - Seems a bit bright, but also a dark side underneath. Wary of her, but also curious and wishing to know more about the Servants.

Zero Lancer - 2 - Not much of a discussion, but did find out more about the codenames. He started Hei's curiosity in the Servants.

Bakura - 1 - He upset Lucy and now seems to be manipulating Fujino as well, among other things. Needless to say, Hei is watching him closely.

Joker - 0 -  After everything the Joker had done, from the killings to, well, killings, Hei plans on not ending his life, but to make sure he can never harm a soul again. Unfortunately, it will be in a way even he cannot stomach.

Superman/Clark Kent - 2 - Helping him and Midnighter run a school together, but Hei is also disappointed in his way of thinking, such as how he handled the Joker. However, since he was a friend of Raven, he tries not to belittle him.

Midnighter - 2 - Midnighter roped Hei into the whole teaching business. Rude man, but Hei has dealt with worse. Finds his name to be stupid, but kept that to himself.

Fujino - 1 - Seems to have bee warped by Bakura, but he's also not sure what to make of her. But the moment she slips, he is ready with a knife in hand to get her before she gets him. However, he doesn't want to do that if it isn't necessary.

Galtea - 2 - Strange woman that seems interested in him. Also appears to have Lucy jealous.
